Totally agree! We should be way past thinking that not referring to a person as black is going to end racism. Racism, and racial biases are mind constructs. Being color-blind is the same as not seeing me for who I am, and accepting me regardless of my ethnicity. It's someone feeling they are better based solely on the pigmentation, or non pigmentation (usually) of their skin. In America it's thought of as a black/ white thing, but caste, colorism, and other stigmas are prevalent worldwide.
