I agree, it's going to take more than the changing of skin tones to change the world. A poignant example would be South Africa which was and probably still is majority Black. Even with the numbers being skewed towards the Black community the country was still ruled and dominated by the minority white culture. Hearts have to change, not the hue of the skin.
